It's possible that the Book of Lorath has just dropped a hint about where Diablo 4's expansions might take place. This lore book has provided players with some significant clues regarding the path they could take after the conclusion of the Diablo 4 campaign by describing a few events that take place after the campaign. Players are left hanging at the end of the narrative for Diablo 4, which is quite the suspenseful moment. The player and all of their allies are being hunted down by the Church of Light because Neyrelle has taken the soulstone that contained Mephisto's essence and fled, and Lorath Nahr is the only remaining Horadrim.
